Start Your Return

If you’d like to return an item, simply email us at support@chinauniquefinds.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, you may reach out via the contact form on our website.


Return Period

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

  • For products priced over $250, please inspect them upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
  • If your order was covered by shipping protection (e.g., Route), you are eligible for loss coverage.
  • Without such coverage, you must file a claim with the courier and share the claim number with us.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at support@chinauniquefinds.com or through our contact page.
  2. Send the item back to the return address we will provide.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
  4. Once we receive the item, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing.
  5. Refunds can be issued to your original payment method, as store credit, or as a gift card.

Refund Methods

  • Original payment method: Processed within 3–5 business days
  • Store credit or gift card: Emailed within 48 hours, or mailed within 2–6 business days
  • Replacements: Shipped once the return is confirmed

Return Costs and Fees

  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a shipment is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, no refund will be issued. Customers must track and collect packages in a timely manner.

Returns for Change of Mind

Examples of change-of-mind returns include:

  • Deciding not to keep the item
  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Finding a better alternative
  • Item met the description but did not meet personal expectations

Conditions for these returns:

  • 30% restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping must be paid by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are not refunded
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • These returns are accepted as a courtesy and are not guaranteed

Cancellations After Dispatch

If a cancellation is requested after the order has shipped, a fee may apply to cover packaging and shipping costs if the order can be intercepted.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom or handmade items
  • Dropshipped products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Bedding, towels, pillows
  • Footwear
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Delivery & Return Logistics

  • Some orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address if requested.

Delivery Disputes

If a package is marked “Delivered” but has not been received:

  • File a claim with the delivery company
  • Share the claim number and investigation result with us
  • We cannot issue refunds unless the courier confirms the package was lost or delivered incorrectly
  • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the tracking status showing “Delivered”

General Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Refunds are issued only to the original buyer
  • PayPal refunds are limited to 14 days from purchase; after that, a check will be issued
  • Returns may be declined if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our policy

Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Initiating a payment dispute while your order is in transit may result in automatic cancellation without refund
  • All return requests must follow the official return process
  • Refunds will not be issued without the return of the product
  • For damaged items, photos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback

Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested. In the event of a successful chargeback, we may pursue reimbursement of the product cost and any associated processing fees through collections. Customers engaging in chargeback fraud may be blacklisted from future purchases.
